These terms govern access to the Krafto AI website, cloud workspace, editing tools, and related services.

Your account
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your Google identity secure. Do not share access in a way that bypasses plan limits or security controls.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you upload and work you create. You grant Krafto the limited permission needed to store, process, transform, and deliver that content only to provide the service.
Acceptable use
Do not use Krafto for unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, or harmful content; to violate another person's privacy; to distribute malware; or to interfere with the service or its safeguards.
Subscriptions
Paid access renews monthly until canceled. The price and billing interval are shown before purchase. You can cancel through Billing, and paid access continues through the current period unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Availability and changes
Krafto is an evolving product. Features may change, and uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. We will avoid changes that intentionally prevent you from retrieving existing work without reasonable notice.
Responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing generated edits before publishing. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Krafto is provided without implied warranties and liability is limited to amounts paid for the service during the preceding three months.
