Cancellation
Cancel from Account → Billing → Manage subscription. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and you will not be charged for the next period.
After cancellation
Existing projects are not deleted because a subscription ends. Paid operations, new projects, storage, or compute may be limited until you subscribe again.
Refund requests
Subscription charges are normally non-refundable once a billing period begins, except where required by law. If a first charge was accidental or the paid service was materially unavailable, contact us within seven days so we can review the request.
Payment failures
Stripe may retry a failed payment. During a short grace period, existing work remains available. Paid operations may pause if the invoice remains unpaid.
