Information we process
Krafto processes your account identity, project files, uploaded media, workspace revisions, support messages, and service diagnostics. Stripe separately processes payment and billing information. Krafto does not receive your full card number.
How we use it
We use this information to authenticate you, store and synchronize projects, run requested media operations, prevent abuse, provide support, process subscriptions, and improve service reliability.
Service providers
Krafto uses infrastructure and service providers such as Cloudflare and Stripe. Providers process data under their own terms and only for the functions used by Krafto.
Retention and deletion
Project and account data is kept while your account is active and as reasonably needed for security, billing, legal obligations, and recovery. Contact us to request account deletion. Some billing and security records may need to be retained.
Your choices
You can update billing details through Stripe, cancel your subscription, request access or deletion, and choose what source media you upload. Do not upload material you are not authorized to use.
